Thank You Life, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to psychedelic-assisted healing for those facing financial barriers, is proud to announce a new partnership with Althea, the leading infrastructure provider for regulated psychedelic therapy in Oregon and Colorado. Together, the two organizations are expanding the Forward Fund: a program designed to help people afford legal psilocybin therapy through a transparent, community-supported model.

Launched in March 2025, the Forward Fund allows community members, participants, and supporters to “pay it forward” and directly contribute to someone else’s healing journey. Althea’s platform, which is used by the majority of licensed psilocybin centers in Oregon and Colorado, provides the technology powering the fund. Through this new partnership, Thank You Life will now manage the Forward Fund, enabling all contributions to be processed as tax-deductible charitable donations through its 501(c)(3).

By overseeing the Forward Fund, Thank You Life strengthens a system of reciprocity that benefits donors, facilitators, and participants. Clients can add a pay-it-forward contribution when booking their own sessions, while facilitators can nominate individuals in need of financial support, allowing them to offer sliding-scale pricing without absorbing financial loss themselves.

A newly launched Corporate Giving Program further expands this initiative by inviting mission-aligned companies to underwrite full psilocybin therapy journeys for people who would not otherwise have access. Tricycle Day, the well-known psychedelic media organization, became the inaugural corporate partner, sponsoring the first journey through the program. Additional corporate supporters include Odyssey, Fun Guy, Healing Hearts Changing Minds, and Human Liberation.

Thank You Life initially focused on expanding access to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and has recently broadened its mission to include other regulated medicines. Managing the Forward Fund represents a natural evolution of this work, offering a sustainable model for equitable access as psychedelic therapy continues to grow nationwide.

Together, Thank You Life, Althea, and Tricycle Day aim to demonstrate what is possible when community care, ethical infrastructure, and collective generosity come together to support healing.
