Thank You Life Integration Circle

Psychedelic Integration
Ancient traditions and modern research align in their recognition of the profound healing capacities in psychedelic medicine when thoughtfully incorporated into purposeful settings.
Yet, the true potency of these journeys emerges when their wisdom is assimilated and woven into the fabric of our everyday existence. This process can be challenging when unguided, so working with an experienced integration guide, therapist, or professional in the space can make all the difference.
Thank You Life hosts regularly scheduled Integration Circles to provide our community the chance to properly harvest and integrate the potentially life-changing insights from psychedelic experiences.
Led by experienced professionals in the psychedelic therapy field, Dr. Olga Sohmer and Alexandra Carelli, these group circles are FREE and open to anyone interested in engaging in the process of integration.
Join us in this immersive group
where we will gather to reflect on past experiences, share insights and challenges, and support each other on our personal paths of integration.
Each 90-min session will include:
- A guided opening ritual
- A guided meditation for centering
- Facilitated open dialogue with two expert practitioners
- Practical exercises designed to manifest the insights gained during your visionary journeys into tangible realities

Weaving her background in transpersonal psychology, mindful movement and touch, intergroup dialogue, and participatory inquiry, Olga brings a multidimensional approach to her teaching, counseling, and research.
Her counseling approach is especially informed by training in Hakomi—a mindful and somatic approach to facilitating growth and change—holistic life coaching, spiritual counseling, mindfulness and yoga instruction, Earth-based ritual, and ancient technologies for expanded states of consciousness.
She has published on Cooperative Inquiry and Embodied Spiritual Inquiry, participatory approaches to psychospiritual learning and research (Ferrer & Sohmer, 2017; Sohmer & Ferrer, in press; Heron & Sohmer, 2019; Sohmer, 2018, 2019, 2020a, 2020b, 2020c; in press; Sohmer et al., 2019) and archetypal mythology (Sohmer, 2019).
Born in Russia, Olga now resides in California with her 7-year-old son. Through her work and daily life, she hopes to contribute to healing the way human beings relate to ourselves, each other and the Earth, our home.
Alexandra is a multi-faceted professional, blending her work as an artist, teacher, and psychedelic guide.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology at Sofia University, her journey is marked by a deep commitment to healing, personal transformation, and ancient mystery practice.
With an M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy and a rich background of training in alternative healing modalities, including yoga and Ayurveda, Alexandra operates a private practice, specializing in transformational counseling and retreats.
Her journey began amidst the forests of New Hampshire, where she embarked on her quest for consciousness at an early age through self-directed psychedelic experiences.
Today, her work integrates modalities such as dreams, psychedelic therapy, tarot, astrology, and yoga to assist clients in awakening their connection to the earth and cosmos.
Alexandra’s reverence for the natural world drives her to guide others on transformative journeys, unlocking their soul’s potential and sovereign identity as stewards of the earth.
